Conveyance and Treatment of sewage for the Fort Ward area of the south end of Bainbridge Island, Washington. Including sewage treatment for Lynwood Center, Rockaway Beach, Pleasant Beach, Point White and Emerald Heights through an Interlocal Agreement with the City of Bainbridge Island.
